Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Inside the App: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. The flow asks you to type "delete my account" to confirm, then asks again, then erases your profile, chart, readings, partner charts, and reports within 30 days. If you cannot access the App, email support@getkarmik.com from the email on the account.
I changed my birth details, will my chart update?
Yes. Settings → Your Details → Birth Details. Saving recomputes your chart immediately. Daily horoscopes regenerate on the next morning's cycle.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Sign in with the same account. Then Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. Past Year-Ahead and Compatibility reports also live under Settings → My Reports.
