Refunds Policy
Last updated: 14 May 2026We want you to feel that what you paid for matches what you received. This page explains when a refund is available and how to request one.
What is refundable
- A Year-Ahead Cosmic Map or Compatibility Report that has a clear technical fault (e.g. truncated text, broken sections, math obviously wrong against your birth details).
- A question bundle where the credits were not granted to your account after a successful payment.
- An Astro Pro subscription that was charged after you cancelled, or where features promised by the subscription were unavailable for an extended period.
- Any purchase made by a minor without their parent or guardian's consent.
- Any purchase made in error if you write to us within 48 hours and the credits, subscription days, or report have not been substantially consumed.
What is not refundable
- Disagreement with the content of a reading (e.g. "this didn't come true" or "I didn't like the tone"). Readings are for spiritual reflection, not guaranteed predictions.
- Question credits you have already spent.
- Subscription days you have already used.
- Reports you have already downloaded as a PDF and used substantively.
How to request a refund
Write to support@getkarmik.com from the same email address tied to your account, with:
- The Google Play / App Store order ID (or a screenshot of the receipt).
- A short description of the problem.
- If applicable, a screenshot of the issue.
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed through Google Play Billing or the App Store, and may take 5 to 10 business days to land in your account depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer-protection rights you have under your local law (including the right to a refund of digital content under EU/UK consumer law and the Indian Consumer Protection Act).
